Dr. Rienzi Haytasingh

Owner, Licensed Educational Psychologist CALEP 2732

Over the years Dr. Haytasinghhas worked in many different environments helping children.  As a professor, training and mentoring graduate students in the area of education and school psychology. While working in a school district in 2008, he began to get calls from people in the community of San Diego County. They asked him if he could help their children. This willingness to help kids paved the way for the Brain Learning Psychological Corporation. Dr. Haytasingh’s first private practice assessment was conducted in the quiet space of his home dining room. Dr. Haytasingh has been working for children since the age of 18. The past 25 years he has sat in over 4000 IEP meetings, taught graduate students for 19 years, and assessed hundreds of children and adolescents.

We will Change the way your child thinks by changing the “I can’t” to “I can and I will.”

Today Brain Learning provides services to students and families throughout the state of California. In 2019 Brain Learning assessed over 200 children and worked with families and schools to achieve the goal. Brain Learning continues to serve children and families in parts of California that most people will not travel to. We continue to push the envelope of what is possible for kids with disabilities. We will continue to work towards our belief that every child can learn.
