Courtney Slabaugh

Psychologist Assistant

Courtney Slabaugh has been a psychologist assistant at Brain Learning since February 2018. Courtney earned an associate’s degree in American Sign Language Studies in 2014 and a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from The University of California, San Diego in 2016. During her time at UCSD, Courtney worked as a research assistant in the Developmental Neuroscience Lab where she conducted behavioral and event related potential (ERP) studies.

Courtney has had the pleasure of working closely with families all over San Diego for the past 10 years as an ABA therapist, respite care provider, and volunteer with Include Autism and Partners Therapeutic Horsemanship. When she’s not working, Courtney enjoys reading, paddleboarding, and hiking with her boyfriend and 2 dogs.
